Unlike traditional VPS hosting, SphereVM™ servers are hosted in a cloud, and have guaranteed hardware resources, including CPU, RAM and disk space. Our cloud configuration allows host servers to pool resources and dynamically scale to meet demands, ensuring your server can access the full hardware and computing resources that it was provisioned to have.

With an isolated operating system, independent of the host server, you can customize your virtual server without worry of host conflicts. You get full control of your virtual instance - that means you call the shots when it comes to the OS, server applications, and code. Full root or Administrator access makes it easy to manage your server from any remote location.

Certain operating system configurations may have monthly costs and/or setup fees as outlined above. Those costs are in addition to the monthly cost of your SphereVM™ server as outlined above. No long term commitments are required. All virtual dedicated servers are month-to-month and are not included in our backup system.
