Scope of maintenance: Single Server - Control Panel Server.
Time of maintenance window: December 19th, 2009 starting at 8:00 AM EST to December 19th, 2009 ending at 12:00 PM EST
Customer Impact:H-Sphere Control Panel will be unavailable

Description of maintenance: A full vacuum of the system database will be executed. The exact running time of the vacuum is unknown, but we anticipate the control panel will be unavailable for 4 hours or less.

Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance window and time frame. However, due to factors outside our control we may need to either start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the time frames specified above should be considered approximate and subject to change.
