Scheduled Maintenance

Release Date: November 11th, 2009
Scope of maintenance: Network wide.
Time of maintenance window: November 17th, 2009 starting at 1:00 AM EST to November 17th, 2009 ending at 5:00 AM EST
Customer Impact: We do not expect more than 10-20 minutes downtime per server.

Description of maintenance: Network staff will be replacing the access switches in server cabinets as part of our efforts to increase redundancy and network stability.

Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance window and time frame. However, due to factors outside our control we may need to either start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the time frames specified above should be considered approximate and subject to change.
