H-Sphere Update

Scope of maintenance: All H-Sphere Servers.
Time of maintenance window: August 6th, 2009 starting at 11:00 PM EST
Customer Impact: Control panel unavailable. Time required to reboot each server.

Description of maintenance: On Thursday, August 6th, 2009 we will apply an important update to the H-Sphere Control Panel and all servers located within our H-Sphere clusters. The update process will begin at 11PM EST and should be completed by 12:00 Midnight if all goes well.

The control panel will be unavailable during this time. All other services will be unaffected except during the few minutes necessary to reboot each server. If any post-update issues require action on your part you will be notified. If you have questions regarding this notice please submit a ticket at our support desk.

Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance window and time frame. However, due to factors outside our control we may need to either start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the time frames specified above should be considered approximate and subject to change.
