Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting account at anytime. Moving from one plan to another is seamless within the same hosting category. For example, moving from Linux to Windows, or shared hosting to reseller hosting cannot be done seamlessly in the control panel. Moving from one Linux shard plan to another Linux shared plan, from a Windows to Windows plan or Reseller to Reseller plan can be accomplished within your control panel.

Monthly hosting fees are prorated so you're not locked into any plan. In some cases, such as when you have a basic plan, downgrading is not possible. For dedicated server hosting, you can upgrade or downgrade on your monthly anniversary but you should plan this well because dedicated servers are not prorated and there is no grace period for migration.
