Sphere Web Hosting strives to maintain 100% service availability, and guarantees it! If your web site isn't up 100% of the time within any one month period due to hardware or data center network failures, or due to operating system or system software issues not caused by you or scripts installed by you, we will issue a credit for that month, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
