On Sunday, March 9th, 2008 we will apply an important update to the H-Sphere Control Panel. The update process will begin at 8AM EST and should be completed by 10AM EST if all goes well.
The control panel will be unavailable during this time. Additional services that could temporarily be affected are PHP sites that use Zend or IonCube (this includes our Support Desk and Service Desk). All other services will be unaffected except during the few minutes necessary to reboot each server. Websites and e-mail will continue to operate. cPanel accounts will not be affected.
Please check these boards for updates concerning this issue.
